2022 ATHLETICS CHAMPS

A beautiful day greeted athletes for the rescheduled 2022 champs. Records weren't predicted to fall so early in the season but we were proved wrong.

CONGRATULATIONS to

    Rory Carswell, Wairarapa Colleges who took a double record in the Junior Girls Hammer 36.95 and Javelin 24.58
    Matt Keys, Kuranui College who took a double in the Intermediate Boys High Jump 1.81m and Long Jump 6.04m.          Aleksandra Domanski, St Matthew's who broke the Intermediate Girls Triple Jump with 10.29m.
   Josh Taylor, College set a new 400m Standard and Para Shot 8.12m.
   Tristan Wagner, Kuranui College rounded out the day with the Junior Boys Javelin Record of 37.80m.
